I picked up the UGREEN 16-in-1 Docking Station for 4 Monitors to clean up my desk setup, and it does exactly what I needed. Having 16 ports in one unit means my monitors, peripherals and accessories all connect in one place instead of a tangle of adapters. The 4-monitor support is the main reason I chose it, and switching between screens has been smooth so far. Build feels solid and it sits neatly on the desk. Only note: plan your cable layout before plugging everything in, since 16 ports fill up fast.
